This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which food and drink is listed on this website (Products) will be supplied by the listed outlets (the Outlet) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products through this site. You should understand that by ordering any Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products through this website.
 

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US

This site is operated by ActionPrompt Limited (we). FeedMeOnline.co.uk is a trading name of ActionPrompt Limited. We are registered in UK under company number 06529599 and with our registered office Aire Place Mills, 141 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS31JJ.
 

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

This site is only intended for use by people resident in those areas specified in this website. We operate this website to enable you to buy Products from the Outlet of your choice
 

3. YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through this site, you warrant to the Outlet you have selected that:

(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

(b) You are at least 18 years old.

(c) If you are purchasing alcohol and appear to be under the age of 21 you will be required to prove that you are over 18. Only the following forms of I.D. will be accepted: Passport, Photo Driving License.
 

4. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND THE OUTLET

4.1 After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail or SMS message from the Outlet in response to the order at which point the contract between you and the Outlet will be confirmed.

4.2 The Contract will relate only to those Products defined within your order whose availability has been confirmed by the Outlet, accepting your order. The Outlet will not be obliged to supply any other Products which are not specified within your order.
 

5. REVIEWS

By submitting a review to our site you are agreeing to our use of it on our website and in our printed broadsheet under the following conditions:


5.1 We reserve the right to edit your review as we see fit.
5.2 We may decide not to publish your review. This would be at our discretion, but might be because it's too long, has too many typos, seems suspiciously biased one way or another, or just that it's not the kind of thing we're looking for.
5.3 You agree that your user name will be displayed in conjunction with the review you publish.
5.4 How are you feeling? If you're too angry to write collectedly and calmly, you should probably leave it a few hours before submitting your text. We cannot publish legally actionable statements about things of which we have no direct experience, for example, allegations of food poisoning or physical violence. Food poisoning is a very serious matter that will need to be taken up with the restaurant itself and possibly the City Council.
5.5 Occasionally people or organisations contact us asking to use our reviews. If someone else wants to use all or part of your review, we will try to let you know using the contact details you have provided. If we can't get in touch with you, then be warned – we may go ahead and allow them to use it anyway! We ask you to submit contact details with your review. This is to help us verify your review is genuine and because we might need to contact you. This could be because we want to invite you onto the official reviewers list, or because a venue would like more details about something you mention in your review. However we will not give your full (real) name or contact details out to anyone else without your prior permission.

6. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Once an order is placed, you will be provided the option to cancel the order up until the point of acceptance from the Outlet. You will not have any right to cancel an order once accepted by the Outlet.
 

7. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

The Outlet´s goal is to deliver or make available on-time i.e. delivering at the time it quotes. Unfortunately factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent the Outlet from achieving this. The Outlet cannot be responsible for late delivery.
 

8. PRICE AND PAYMENT

8.1 Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card to be charged as specified in this website or by cash paid to the Outlet on delivery or collection.

8.2 f a refund is to be issued it will (where possible) be done to you. The Outlet is responsible for all refunds for orders, by cash or credit / debit card. Any intervention from FeedMeOnline, regarding refunds, is at the discretion of FeedMeOnline.
 

8.3 All payments are processed to the highest security standard which includes 3D secure where applicable. In the event of any disputes relating to chargebacks or unauthorised use FeedMeOnline will investigate matters thoroughly and provide any relevant information to card providers when requested.
 

9. LIABILITY

9.1 The Outlet´s liability for failing to deliver Products of satisfactory quality or otherwise breaking this contract is limited to the price of those Products.

9.2 Any complaints relating to the failure to deliver Products or unsatisfactory quality of the Product should be directed to the Outlet.

9.3 FeedMeOnline is not responsible and has no liability to the contract between the Outlet and customer. Any intervention from FeedMeOnline, regarding complaints and disputes, is at the discretion of FeedMeOnline.
